my blanket is coming along nicely after only a few days

in the works

so I have a few projects in the works.

I recently finished 4 bulky cowls in neon yellow, blue, pink and coral (1 colour each, they're blinding enough as it is) and they are so cozy! keeping 1 for myself and the rest as xmas presents.

I started a blanket a few months back and wasn't happy with it so I frogged the entire thing (sad panda!). I restarted it with a new deviation of a pattern and it is coming along nicely. about 1/3 done!

I'm currently trying out a hat pattern from ravelry called the wavy moss hat. doing it during slow peaks at work and I like the pattern so far although the cabled portion took longer than I'd like.

I'm not dead!

So today, i started knitting using plastic bags.

right now i'm making a reusable beach bag with white, blue and red bags.

Expansion Drive Case

I bought a new expansion drive recently because I kept misplacing my memory sticks at first...
Then i realized my files for school were far too big for most memory sticks...
THEN all my memory sticks stopped working entirely.

I got it, formatted it to my mac, went to put it in my backpack and went "oh @#$%. what if this gets bumped/knocked off a desk and I lose all my important files?"
It was at that point i decided to make myself a nice little case for my drive. i added a pocket to the back after the fact to store my USB cord.
